If you are selected for the program your commitment to showing up mentally, energetically, and creatively are your keys to achieving what you want. Other keys include asking for support, being open to new ways of thinking, and being willing to be challenged out of your comfort zone and into leading your credit union like never before. To Be Accepted Into The Lead to Exceed Success Group: FIRST…please read this information so you are clear as to HOW this powerful program will benefit you. THEN…simply complete the Lead to Exceed Success Group Application and e-mail the completed form to Yvonne@leadtoexceed.com. Once I receive your application I will contact you so we can have a personal conversation on the telephone where you can ask me questions and we can both make sure the program is a fit for you and me (after all, we're going to be spending the next twelve months together, closely working on your goals!). You'll also hear about the payment options you can choose from. To finalize your acceptance into the program you’ll simply need to complete a brief Payment Enrollment form. That’s it! Remember…. What You Receive As a Lead to Exceed Success Group Member Includes: Ten information calls on topics that are important to the success of your credit union. These calls, which are 75 minutes in length, will include interviews with some of the top experts in the industry, as well as an opportunity for you to hear from and share ideas and best practices with your peers. Twelve monthly private coaching sessions with Yvonne You will receive a monthly scheduled one-hour coaching session with me. A two-day in-person meeting, which will include guest expert speakers and facilitated group interaction. This two-day meeting will not only provide you with great information but will allow you an opportunity to personally meet and interact with the other people in your success group. Personal DiSC® assessment and analysis The DiSC® Assessment is the original, oldest, most validated, reliable personal assessment used to improve interpersonal relationships, work productivity, teamwork, and communication. You will be provided with the materials to take the assessment and a detailed analysis of your results. The Lead to Exceed Success Group is ONLY Right for You if:

Confidentiality is crucial in this program. As your coach, I will maintain a highly confidential environment. If information you share with me creates an uncomfortable feeling for me or steps outside of my ethics and integrity base, I will let you know and may terminate the coaching relationship. For you and your Success Group colleagues, it is essential to maintain a space of confidentiality and non-disclosure. You must commit to not disclosing any information about any participant in any way outside of the group. You must also commit to not using private or sensitive trade secrets that a participant shares for your own gain. You may connect with an individual directly and obtain permission in writing to determine the “classification or sensitivity” of their ideas and programs for your own usage with their written permission only. Payment: You agree to pay according to the payment schedule you select if accepted into the program. There are three payment plans to choose from: full pay, quarterly, and monthly. The cost to you will depend on the plan that you choose, ranging from $5,997 for the full pay option to $7,197 for the monthly pay option. Commitment and Termination: The Lead to Exceed Success Group is a TWELVE MONTH commitment. If for any reason you choose not to continue or stop participating, you will continue to be liable for the fees of this program. Coaching is a powerful process and at times, you may feel “up against a wall” or as if something isn’t working. This is often a perfect sign that you are releasing obstacles and limiting beliefs. My request is that any and all concerns regarding assignments and coaching be addressed with me so I can be the best coach to you I can be and assure integrity is maintained in the coaching relationship.
