There are Lead to Exceed Success Groups for CEO’s, as well as board members. The Lead to Exceed Success Group program is a twelve-month program that provides support for you as the top executive or board member of your organization, especially during these challenging economic times. During the twelve months you will have an opportunity to hear from and ask questions of industry experts on subjects that relate to helping you successfully navigate your organization through this year and beyond. You will also have an opportunity to interact with your peers and to problem-solve with them. This program will give you the opportunity to find out what they are doing and how they are responding to the many questions and challenges they are facing. There will also be an opportunity for you to work directly with me on goal achievement.
